Many of the items brought in are old and out of date, but by no means unusable. Many just need a quick repair or some newer parts to improve performance. Many computers have CPUs well below the motherboard's capacity, so we often upgrade them with the fastest processor they can handle (or we have in stock), increase the memory, install a larger hard drive, better video, an Ethernet NIC, and so on. What came in as a low-end, limited use computer often goes out the door as very useful, productive system.This process isn't limited to just computers; we also rebuild laser printers and some ink jets, along with scanners, faxes, and other types of electronic devices. Thanks to the internet, all the documenntation we could ask for is available and eBay offers access to parts needed for repair or upgrade.
All working items are tested, cleaned, and priced, then put in the retail shelves for sale. Everything comes with a two-week repair or exchange policy - we stand behind what we sell!
